* Relative training effort
* Energy expenditure
* Training impulse

WHICH PERFORMANCE METRICS CAN TEAMHR TRACK?

TeamHR can track real-time heart rate and GPS location which are used to calculate the performance metrics:
* Relative training effort
* Energy expenditure
* Distance

CAN BLUETOOTH HEART RATE SENSORS BE USED WITH TEAMHR?

No, TeamHR communicates with Apple Watches over a local WiFi network, which can reach much longer distances than Bluetooth connection. In addition, TeamHR features location tracking not typically found in Bluetooth heart rate sensors.

CAN SQUADHR OR TEAMHR RUN ON ANDROID PHONES?

No, SquadHR and TeamHR currently run on iOS devices only including iPhones and iPads.

HOW MANY PLAYERS CAN SQUADHR TRACK DURING A TRAINING SESSION?

SquadHR is limited to the number of Bluetooth peripherals supported by your iOS device. In general, we have found late model iPhones and iPads with Bluetooth5 can support at least 12 heart rate monitors simultaneously, while early models with Bluetooth4 can only support 7.

HOW MANY PLAYERS CAN TEAMHR TRACK DURING A TRAINING SESSION?

TeamHR is limited to the number of internet peers supported by your local WiFi router, and a maximum team size of 100 players. In general, the TP-Link M7450 Mobile WiFi Router we use in our testing can support up to 32 peers simultaneously (ie. 1 iPhone running TeamHR plus 31 Apple Watches running TeamWatch).
